Yvonne has been passionate about personal development from the age of 11. She is a strong believer in the power of the mind and positive psychology and has devoted much of her life to that area. She has been researching and studying how the mind, energy and external forces influence our health and our well being. 

Yvonne is a NLP Master and NLP Trainer,  ILM Accredited Coach and has an Advanced Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnosis and  Neurological Re-Patterning.  She is also a fully accredited energy and crystal healer with the Vibration Healing Foundation VHF  and is a member of the Crystal Healing Federation. Yvonne has also studied Theta Healing and is Theta Healing Practitioner. 

 She also holds a BSc Hons degree in Information Systems and has enjoyed successful career in project office management. She has worked a with number of large blue chip companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, BP, Schroders Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, Clifford Chance and Lloyds Banking Group.

Yvonne would like to share her experience, her strong fighting character and her expertise to help motivate and inspire those who might have become disengaged from the path to success and are less fortunate in their outlook on life. As a breakthrough & wellness  coach Yvonne aims to empower individuals and show them that we have all the resources within us and that we can achieve our goals and dreams and live healthy life.
